Catalyst Services LLC operates smart-gcc-goev.ae. These Terms apply only to smart-gcc-goev.ae, including its associated domain names, software, and services (“smart-gcc-goev.ae”). These Terms do not apply to third-party software, websites, or services integrated with smart-gcc-goev.ae.
You must agree to all provisions of these Terms to access or use smart-gcc-goev.ae. If you do not agree to any provision, you are not permitted to use the website.
User Responsibility
Using the services of this website without reviewing the Terms and Conditions will be considered negligence on the user’s part. Any issues or inconveniences arising later will be the user’s responsibility.
Visa Processing Time
The processing time for express visa applications mentioned on the website is 24 working hours after receiving complete documents. If your express visa is not approved within this timeframe, you are eligible for a refund of the additional charge for express service. However, the approval times stated on the website are based on standard timelines provided by the immigration department, and in rare cases, approval may take longer.
All timeframes follow Gulf Standard Time (GST). Working hours begin at 8:00 AM GST. The immigration department is closed on Saturdays and Sundays. Applications submitted on Friday will be processed starting on Monday at 8:00 AM GST.
Travel Disruptions
smart-gcc-goev.ae will not be responsible for any travel disruptions caused by hotel or flight cancellations due to visa processing delays or rejections.
Privacy Policy
smart-gcc-goev.ae offers online services for obtaining UAE visas. The personal data required to process orders through our e-commerce platform—including the user’s personal information, credit card details, and phone numbers—will be treated with the highest level of confidentiality and will not be shared or sold to third parties. smart-gcc-goev.ae does not store any credit card information under any circumstances.
Your use of the website is also subject to your acceptance of our Privacy Policy. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you consent to providing the following details: full name, email address, mobile number, passport information, photograph, and country of residence/nationality.
The information collected may be used to tailor, promote, and advertise our products, services, and offers, as well as to establish communication with you.
Prices and Payment Policy
smart-gcc-goev.ae reserves the right to adjust its prices at any time before confirming an order. After receiving an order, prices may be revised if factors such as government regulations, exchange rate fluctuations, or other unforeseen circumstances affect delivery.
Payments can be made using various methods, including Visa and MasterCard. All payment cards (credit or debit) are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If authorization is not received, smart-gcc-goev.ae will not be responsible for delays or failure to deliver the order.
Refund Policy
Visa approval is entirely at the discretion of Immigration Officials. smart-gcc-goev.ae is not responsible for rejected visa applications. Once a visa application is submitted, it will be processed immediately, and visa application fees are non-refundable if rejected by the immigration department.
For returned applications, i.e., applications that have been assessed and found to have a high possibility of rejection, a refund will be applicable. However, USD 45 will be deducted as assessment and management fees.
Refund Policy for Urgent Visa Applications
If you apply for an urgent UAE visa and your application is not processed within 24 hours, you are eligible for a refund of the urgent processing fee (USD 50). Please note that this refund applies only to the urgent processing fee and does not include the standard visa application fee.
